CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can be made if PT. FUNFLY DIRGANTARA INDONESIA has not placed an order with the factory, if an order has been made, cancellation means the down payment is forfeited. So make sure you are really going to order and then make a payment.

 

PRICE CHANGE POLICY

The price you see on this website is the official import price from PT. INDONESIAN DIRGANTARA FUNFLY in Indonesia which includes cost of Import Duty, VAT, PPH, Customs Clearance Service, PPnBM and all other fees if any . So the price on the website is already the official price for goods arriving in Jakarta. If there is a sudden price increase from the factory or due to other causes, and the buyer has made a payment when our website has not updated the latest price, we will notify the customer first, if the customer does not agree with the new price, then this transaction can be canceled and a full refund to customers.

 

Prices may change at any time according to the factory price and the current exchange rate. (USD, EUR & POUNDS)

PT.FUFLY DIRGANTARA INDONESIA will actively update the latest prices, so you will always see the latest prices on the website. You can immediately buy, if there is a big difference then PT. FUNFLY DIRGANTARA INDONESIA will contact you to confirm the price difference. If not contacted, it means your transaction was successful and will be processed immediately.

90 DAY UNCLAIM POLICY

For orders that have arrived in Jakarta, PT. FUNFLY DIRGANTARA will contact the buyer, and the buyer can immediately pay the remaining arrears, we will send a new order if all arrears have been paid off.

 

Maximum 90 days after the goods arrive in Jakarta, if the buyer does not pay off the remaining arrears, PT. FUNFLY DIRGANTARA INDONESIA will DEem this item as unclaimed item. So we will resell it to recover our losses. This decision is absolute and buying means agreeing.

As soon as you order, you have 2 options for payment:

1. INSTANT FULL PAYMENT
2. PAY ONLY 50% DP OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT

By choosing Option 2 (50% down payment only), the remaining payment must be paid when your order arrives in Jakarta.

 

As soon as your order arrives in Jakarta, our team will contact you using the number contact on the invoice. Our team will inform you of the remaining nominal amount that you must pay off, so you can make the payment. It should be noted, that we will not send the package before your full payment is made or there is still a shortage.

 

Repayment remaining payments must follow the currency exchange rate prevailing on that day (payment day), if the exchange rate changes by more than 2% from the day of purchase, there will be an additional fee for changing the exchange rate. (estimated cost between 1-3% of the remaining settlement)

 

If you don't want to be charged extra for this exchange rate change, you can use payment Option 1 (make payment in full from the time of your order).

For information that when you make a payment of only 50%, from our side when you order your order, you still make a 100% payment to the factory using the exchange rate that day. So that if there is a change in the exchange rate that is far away, it will certainly be a loss for the company. For those who do not pay off the remaining payment when the goods arrive (maximum 90 days), then to cover company losses, the 90 Day Product Unclaim Policy applies. If you do this method, it means agree.

 

For those who use Option 1 (Full Payment), once the goods have been received in Jakarta, we will send them directly to the address according to the invoice. The 90 Day UNCLAIM Policy does not apply to buyers who purchase Option 1 (Full Payment). So no matter how long your goods arrive in Jakarta, we will still store your goods.

Delivery time depends on the production time of the factory and shipping time plus customs clearance time.

 

Like Ozone, the production time is usually around 20-35 days according to the announcement on the Ozone website, and it can be faster or slower depending on the production queue at the Ozone factory.

 

Like Scout or Parajet, when they are in ready stock, they usually only take 2-7 days to ship. But when they are not in ready stock or have a lot of orders, they sometimes take more than 15 days to deliver.

 

Like the Nvolo helmet, they require helmet assembly according to the request, assembly takes 1-3 days if the spare parts are complete.

By counting the items that arrived, we guarantee that the total shipping costs will be much cheaper because they are no longer calculated per item, but will be calculated in total.

 

For example, if you buy 1 Paramotor Unit and several spare parts and accessories from the same factory in the same invoice, chances are that these spare parts and accessories will not be added to the shipping cost because they are sent directly from the factory in 1 package, so you will be charged 7,500,000. - / Units
