Each paramotor has different specifications, both in terms of engine, airframe, handling, weight, and so on. These specifications are important for you to pay attention to because the needs of each paramotor pilot are different and affect performance when in the air. Following are the specifications for each type.

1. Scout One Carbon/Enduro Cage

Like this One, it has two kinds, the paramotor rings are made of carbon, while the Enduro rings are made of the highest grade 7075 T6 aluminum. These materials can replace carbon rings and offer a more affordable price.

The rest, both Carbon and Enduro have the same frame, both from the use of the engine and harness. More detailed specifications between the two are more or less the same, only differing in the total weight or weight of the paramotor, along with the specifications of both.

  • The weight of the Scout One Carbon when using the Vittorazi Plus engine is 27.4 kg, while using the Atom 80 it becomes 23.6 kg.

  • The weight of the Scout One Enduro Cage when using Vittorazi Plus is 26.8 kg, while the Scout Paramotor Atom 80 is only 23 kg.

  • The Scout One Carbon or Enduro Cage share other specifications, as the harness is available in M, L, and XL sizes. ring assembly diameter of 1480 mm, total engine assembly height of 1500 mm, fuel tank capacity can be 12 to 18 liters.

2. Paramotor Scout NXT Full Carbon

The Scout NXT has a larger fuel tank capacity, which is 19 liters which can be airborne for approximately 4 hours. The weight of the Vittorazi Moster Plus engine itself is around 9.6 kg, so the total weight of the motorbike using the engine is around 29.6 kg.

The diameter of the ring assembly and the total engine tinffi are the same as the Scout One Carbon or Enduro, which are 1480 mm and 1500 mm respectively. The size of the harness is the same, which is available in M, L and XL sizes. The price for this type of NXT scout is more expensive than the Scout One Carbon or Enduro types.

3. Scout Trikes

The third type is Trike, this paramotor has a different physical appearance than the other two types. Actually this is Scout One but with the addition of an Airone Trike, aka three wheels. Scout claims this type is suitable for agile pilots.

The specifications are almost the same as the Scout One machine type that uses Vittorazi Plus or Atom 80. As for the Trike specifications, which only have 4 clamps and 2 practical release pins, the Trike Airone is also wide, strong and stable.

Advantages of Various Types of Paramotor Scout

Understanding the advantages of each paramotor and choosing the right one can work to your advantage. The general advantage of the Scout is that it has the best handling, using the Dynamic Torque Compensation (DTC) method. This is able to neutralize the effects of engine torque over a wider RPM range.

Scout Paramotor also has a SafeStart device for safety, back protection, and extra carbon protection to prevent damage to the tube frame which has the potential to injure your spinal cord. In addition, it is more balanced and CAA certified including a pilot weight test of 140 kg.

1. Scout One Carbon/Enduro Cage

The Scout One Carbon is known for its attractive appearance, simplicity and intuitive performance. Maybe you are confused about choosing Carbon or Enduro, one of the things you can consider is the Price Scout One Carbon Vittorazi Moster Plus MY22 is more expensive than the Scout Enduro Paramotor.

2. Scout NXT Full Carbon

The advantage of this NXT Scout is that before it takes off, the back will be perpendicular so that the pilot has a good view of the glider. Furthermore, when airborne, the frame geometry changes so that you have a comfortable backrest.

Not only that, Scout provides the best handling with the advantages of climbing safety ropes, mountain backpacks, and paragliding safety ropes. You can flexibly control the glider and move your shoulders because the waist strap can support more than 80 percent of the weight.

3. Trikes

The main advantage of the Trike is the use of wheels, not all pilots are able to control landing, with the help of landing gear it will be easier. In addition, the Scout Trike is light, simple, stable, strong, portable, and has a front brake which is useful when the landing strip is not wide enough.

The three types of paramotors have almost the same specifications, on average they use the Vittorazi Moster Plus engine. All three also have interesting advantages.
